The EROWA CleverClamp and ClampSet systems offer modular workpiece clamping solutions for flexible, precise, and cost-effective production of individual parts and small batches. Both systems enable repeatable clamping of a wide variety of workpiece geometries using a versatile modular concept for custom clamping setups.
CleverClamp and ClampSet enable the secure clamping of cubic, prismatic, and complex workpieces as well as irregular components. Whether for raw material or final machining: The modularly combinable elements—such as clamping jaws, support elements, stops, and connecting components—can be quickly adapted to new geometries and support a structured, reproducible setup outside the machine.
Manufactured from high-strength, corrosion-resistant steel, CleverClamp and ClampSet are designed for rugged use in daily manufacturing environments. Their flexible expandability creates a clamping solution that optimally combines productivity, process reliability, and versatility. When combined with EROWA zero-point clamping systems such as MTS, UPC, or ITS, the clamping systems can be seamlessly integrated into automated manufacturing processes.
Clamping jaws in various designs
Select the appropriate clamping surface texture depending on the material and workpiece. The clamping surface with embossed contour is ideal for clamping raw parts at minimum clamping height and parts with angular errors.
Faster & easier setup
Set up and changeover in just a few simple steps. Position and secure the clamping and stop elements, then clamp the workpiece. The large and well-designed selection of different clamping and stop elements holds a wide variety of workpiece shapes flexibly and precisely in any desired position.
Reliable, automatable base
The base rails form the foundation of the CleverClamp workpiece clamping system and can be automated directly. They can be used horizontally or vertically. The matching clamping and stop elements can be quickly positioned using the precise 2 mm positioning teeth.
