Seamless combination of systems

EROWA's blank automation system can be completely combined with pallet handling and zero-point clamping systems. This creates an end-to-end production chain - from raw part pick-up to final inspection.

Precise positioning & clear identification

Workpieces are precisely clamped close to the blank, exactly positioned and clearly identified. This creates transparency and meets the requirements of audit-compliant manufacturing processes.

Ideal for production with many variants

Whether a high number of variants, low-manned shifts or small quantities: Workpiece blank automation ensures efficient drains and a safe workpiece transfer within the entire process chain.

High flexibility

With up to nine drawers, the drawer magazine can be freely configured to the sizes of the parts to be processed and offers a large work supply for bridging unmanned shifts or production over the weekend. Depending on requirements, application-specific grid plates for raw parts or mold nests for semi-finished parts are integrated.

Stable clamping

The gripper automatically adapts to the size and geometry of the workpiece. After removal from the drawer magazine, the workpiece is precisely inserted into the centric clamp in the screwdriving station and clamped with the desired torque. The screwdriving station can be individually configured depending on the model of centric clamp used.

Seamless integration into the EROWA JMS 4.0 ProductionLine control system – intuitive operation via the touch monitor directly on the drawer magazine. Always in view: current drawer loads and automatic validation of space conflicts.
