EROWA Robot Compact Family
The EROWA Robot Compact Family comprises two space-saving loading robots – the EROWA Robot Compact 80 and the EROWA Robot Compact 150. Both systems were developed to help manufacturing facilities automate CNC, EDM, WEDM, and measurement processes without requiring a large footprint or posing significant integration challenges.
Thanks to their modular magazines, precise gripper technology, and the ability to work with different pallet systems, the Robot Compact systems are ideal for workshops that want to remain flexible while significantly increasing their machine uptime.
With optional networking via EROWA JMS 4.0, jobs, pallets, and processes are digitally managed and documented. This makes the EROWA Robot Compact a central component of compact, efficient, and precise manufacturing cells.
Movable
The ERC 80 is lifted pneumatically and moved away on a rail system. This means that access to the machine is always possible. The moving unit can be retrofitted as an option.
User-friendly
Convenient loading and unloading thanks to pull-out magazine levels. The magazine levels are pulled out using the integrated handles.
Ergonomic loading station
The integrated loading station (optional) makes it easy to load large and heavy workpieces into the magazine at an ergonomically correct height. The robot continues to operate without any problems during this time.
Variable magazine levels for different pallet sizes
The EROWA Robot Compact 80 moves up to 11 different EROWA pallet sizes for different workpiece sizes. The magazine levels are set up precisely according to requirements.
High performance, low space requirements
A production cell with two machines and an EROWA Robot Compact 80 requires little space. With a footprint of only 2 m², it helps the machines achieve high productivity and autonomy.
Up to 150 kg transfer weight
Small pallets and electrode holders as well as large UPC pallets with a length of 320 mm or MTS 400 pallets with a transfer weight of up to 80 or 150 kg are loaded precisely onto the machine.
The ERC Family comprises compact, modular monoblock loading robots designed for automated machine loading. It was developed for flexible CNC manufacturing environments that require space-saving automation, high process reliability, and easy integration.
EROWA Robot Compact systems are compatible with milling, turning, EDM, measuring, and grinding machines from various manufacturers. Thanks to standardized interfaces, the systems can be integrated regardless of the machine type.

The ERC Family is designed for a variety of workpiece and pallet types. It can be combined with either EROWA ITS or MTS pallet systems, depending on the configuration and application.
