The EROWA Robot Six is a flexible automation system for pallets, workpieces, and raw parts.
Designed as a compact 6-axis robot, it can be integrated into a wide variety of manufacturing environments: milling, EDM, wire EDM, grinding, or measuring – anywhere precise and reliable handling is required.
Thanks to its modular design, the Robot Six can be operated both as a classic pallet robot and as a system for complex part handling – right up to a fully integrated mixed-handling concept.
The Robot Six is therefore ideal for companies that handle a wide variety of parts, want to automate pallets and workpieces, are looking for a compact, scalable solution, and want to process both individual parts and series flexibly.
The maximum parameters
Whether it's handling palletized workpieces, raw parts, tools, or all of the above, EROWA develops a solution specifically tailored to your smart factory. For projects with a transfer weight of up to 800 kg and a possible rail length of up to 30 meters. Even as a stand-alone unit, the ER-Six is a guarantee of productivity.
Everything under control
The gripper system is equipped with an EROWA standard coupling for picking up any interchangeable grippers for pallet handling, a servo gripper for raw parts/semi-finished parts, and a drawer opener. A nozzle for blowing away chips and cooling lubricants can also be integrated as an option.
Mixed parts and pallet handling
The targeted expansion of the EROWA Robot Six with a drawer magazine and automatic screwdriving station for parts and pallet handling makes it a highly flexible mixed handling system. The robot takes care of precise handling and ensures a smooth, automated production process.
