The EROWA PowerChuck P is the compact all-rounder among the zero point clamping systems. With clamping powers of up to 10,000 N and a repeatability < 0.002 mm, it guarantees reliable workpiece clamping under the highest process loads.
The pneumatically operated mechanism works clamped without pressure and therefore offers the highest dimension of safety. The PowerChuck P is characterized by its flat design and robust construction. It is suitable for both stand-alone machines and automated production cells. The proven EROWA interface makes it completely compatible with all standard pallet systems, from electrode holders to ITS 50, ITS 148 and many more.
In conjunction with the automation solutions EROWA Robot Compact, EROWA Robot Dynamic, EROWA Robot Lift, EROWA Robot Six and the JMS 4.0 process controller, the EROWA PowerChuck P becomes the central turning disc in the EROWA Flexible Manufacturing Concept.
It stands for maximum clamping power, maximum process reliability and precise, standardized production.

The PowerChuck P workpiece palletizing system can be fully automated. EROWA offers the right handling device for every application and all technologies. Sealing rings protect the chucks and guarantee secure automatic loading.
Compatibility and system integration
The PowerChuck P is fully compatible with the EROWA UPC, MTS, PC210, and ITS systems for EDM tooling.
The identical interface allows workpieces or pallets to be easily exchanged between machines - without re-referencing or setup effort.
