EROWA Manual Workpiece Handling
The EROWA Lift is an ergonomic handling device designed for the safe, guided, and precise movement of palletized workpieces. It assists operators in lifting, positioning, and transferring pallets between the magazine, setup station, and machine - without physical strain and with maximum safety.
Depending on the configuration, palletized workpieces weighing up to 250 kg can be handled safely and ergonomically. The segmented arm offers a 360° flexible swivel range, allowing pallets to be moved easily and in a controlled manner into the desired position.
With the optional long arm, the operating radius extends to up to 1850 mm, ideal for larger machine layouts or hard-to-reach transfer positions.
Sturdy construction with high load capacity
The powerful drive with two-stage speed raises/lowers palletized workpieces precisely and reliably into the correct position. Depending on the configuration, palletized workpieces weighing up to 250 kg can be handled safely and ergonomically.
Suitable grippers
With a wide selection of different gripper types, any EROWA clamping system can be accommodated.
EROWA LiftGear
Heavy pallets must be inserted precisely into UPC or MTS chucks at the setup stations or in the robot magazines. With EROWA LiftGear, this is easy and safe. On request, EROWA LiftGear can also be used to move workpieces with a part height of up to 1000 mm and a transfer weight of 800 kg safely and precisely.
