Stability

Thanks to the symmetrical and robust design of the portal, the CMM Qi is less sensitive to environmental influences such as temperature fluctuations. Only selected components were used in the construction of the measuring machines. The solid granite plate, together with the specially cast portal, forms the basis for the precision of the measuring portal and the selected clamping systems.

In-process measurement

Keep a constant eye on your process quality. With EROWA,
 you can inspect your components at any stage of the process. The optional automation kit allows EROWA measuring machines to be easily integrated into the automated process chain. This means you can also carry out your in-process measurements fully automatically during unmanned shifts.

Automate

The measuring machine is prepared for automatic loading and can therefore be easily integrated into the automated process chain. With the appropriate EROWA robot and the production control system, we offer the complete solution from a single source.
