With EROWA ITS, you can set up, preset and measure electrodes and workpieces while they are still outside the machine. Switching between machining centers is fast, precise, and requires no re-registration. This allows EDM to be seamlessly integrated into automated production lines.

The possible applications for ITS chucks are as varied as the tasks required in precision engineering and tool and mold making. You will find the right chuck variants for every workpiece size. Precision and reliability in the machine basin and on the quill of the EDM machine are guaranteed.
Consistent interface
EROWA ITS chucks can be used consistently on all machines. The workpieces/electrodes are palletized on the same system carrier and pass through the entire production chain (turning, milling, grinding, die-sinking EDM, wire EDM, and measuring and presetting stations) without any loss of time due to re-alignment and re-positioning of the electrode holder.
This enables quick changeovers thanks to a fixed reference position: the clamping pin and centering plate guarantee precise positioning of the electrode holder in the chuck.
Safe and sealed
The sealing plate of the EROWA ITS 50 Holder C and the sealing ring provide maximum protection for the chuck against contamination and the ingress of liquids.
The ITS also impresses with maximum process reliability in automatic loading. Off-peak and night-time hours are used productively, reducing throughput times.
