EROWA LoadMaster

The EROWA LoadMaster is the high-performance automation system for large and heavy workpieces.
With its solid design and linear traversing axis, it is suitable for manufacturing companies that want to automate heavy component weights, large pallet formats or extensive machine layouts – across all industries and future-proof.

Thanks to its modular architecture, the LoadMaster combines large storage capacity, long travel distances, and precise handling. It can be used in a compact or modular configuration, enabling it to serve multiple machines, transport heavy workpieces, and accommodate large pallet systems – up to pallet weights of 5,000 kg.

Advantages and Functions

The LoadMaster Compact enables efficient and ergonomic setup processes for large workpieces.

Safe and easy operation

Fully accessible or accessible via sliding doors. The setup stations are integrated components of the LoadMaster production lines. Versions with lifting unit, with rotating and tilting table, or with rotary table are available. All setup stations are accessible via overhead crane. The robots are controlled via the JMS 4.0 process control system.

The LoadMaster gripper enables precise and automated handling of workpieces within the storage system.

Reliable loading

Up to 5,000 kg transfer weight. Thanks to the ingenious kinematics with very little space requirement. With the 360° swivel function, any position in the magazine and on the machine tables can be reliably reached.

The LoadMaster magazine offers high storage capacity for automated workpiece storage.

Variable magazines

The magazines are built upwards. The storage spaces are arranged over two, three, or four floors in a very cost-effective and space-saving manner. The individual levels are optimally configured to suit standard workpiece sizes.
