EROWA Robot Easy
The EROWA Robot Easy (ERE) is a compact automation solution for the precise handling of pallets, electrodes, and workpieces. It was developed for companies looking to implement their first or basic automation steps – efficiently, reliably, and without complex commissioning.
With its very short installation time, clearly organized magazine, and intuitive operation, the ERE is ideal for small series, individual parts, and simple automated production cells.
The ERE 250 can be positioned directly next to the machine and connected via defined interfaces. The ERE loading robot can be controlled quickly and easily via the EROWA JMS 4.0 process control system. Its clear range of functions, manageable magazine capacity, and intuitive operation make it the optimal solution for companies that want to reduce setup times without immediately investing in a large automation cell.
Long reach
Depending on the weight of the workpiece, there are two different transfer axes to choose from. The transfer axis for EROWA system sizes PC210, UPC, and MTS has a reach of 2100 mm from the outer edge of the robot. The “light axis” for EROWA system sizes ITS 50/72, ITS 115/148, and PalletSet W (up to 40 kg transfer weight) has a range of 1600 mm.
Easy operation
Thanks to its compact monoblock design, the Robot Easy can be positioned next to the machine and made ready for operation in a short time. While the machine is producing, further workpieces are prepared for machining. A central setup station makes the operator's daily work much easier.
With JMS 4.0, the machine operator has access to all relevant information and various planning aids online at any time.
Up to 250 kg transfer weight
The solid construction ensures flawless pallet changing. Workpieces with a maximum weight of 250 kg are loaded safely and reliably. Depending on the pallet size, the magazine can be configured for 4 to 60 magazine slots as required. Even large workpieces with dimensions of L 500 mm x W 500 mm x H 400 mm fit into the magazine.
