The EROWA PC210 ProductionChuck combines a compact design, high clamping power and maximum process stability - developed for precise machining in the smallest of spaces.
With clamping powers of up to 29,000 N and a repeatability of < 0.002 mm, the system enables precise workpiece changes with minimum height. The round type ensures optimum accessibility, while the central borehole Ø 81 mm allows material or media lines to pass through - perfect for automated production cells.
Thanks to its standardized zero point interface, the system can be easily integrated into existing production environments - from stand-alone machines to automated production lines.
Versatile, automatable combination
The ProductionChuck 210 Combi has an integrated EROWA PowerChuck P chuck. ITS and ProductionChuck 210 pallets can thus be accommodated flexibly and mixed. In addition, the ProductionChuck 210 is ideal for automation.
Low overall height
PC 210 chucks are robust and compact in design. The low overall height provides plenty of space for workpieces and their machining. The palletizing system is also ideally suited for use on lathes and cylindrical grinding machines.
Stable connection and precise support
The circumferential locking mechanism ensures a stable connection between the chuck and the pallet. The Z-supports located far to the outside provide stable and precise support even when the workpieces are larger.
