EROWA Robot Leonardo
The EROWA Leonardo Hoch utilizes unused vertical space to create significantly greater storage capacity within a compact footprint: the vertical magazine system for space-saving automation solutions in milling operations.
With its vertical magazine design, it is ideally suited for milling machines where floor space is limited but headroom is available. This allows automation cells to be efficiently expanded without having to restructure the entire machine environment.
The EROWA Leonardo High combines different pallet types in a single system and offers vertical buffer and supply capacity for pallets of various sizes.
User-friendly
Pallets are fed into the robot via the integrated loading station. The rotating plates on the loading station provide optimal access and space for placing the palletized workpieces or clamping devices.
With the EROWA JMS 4.0 process control system, operators and planners can see the status of the system, the individual machines, the work queue, and much more in real time.
Compact design
With a footprint of just 2x2 meters, the EROWA Robot Leonardo loads milling machines with EROWA pallet sizes from ITS 148 mm to MTS 500 mm. If desired, it can also be used in mixed operation with automatic gripper change. The X-axis has a long travel distance of 1565 mm, allowing it to reach into large machines.
Flexible magazine configuration
The various EROWA standard pallet sizes are optimally stored on the storage levels. Depending on requirements, the levels are adjusted to match each other in height. For example, it can accommodate up to 64 UPC pallets measuring 320x320 mm.
