Digital Manufacturing in 3 Steps
Step 1:
Data Automation
Workshop automation starts with data automation and provides an interface between the various manufacturing steps.
Flexible interfaces to upstream and downstream systems (ERP, CAD, CAM) embed the production in the existing IT infrastructure. The imported process data is transferred to the productions cells concerned at the right time and in the right format.
This makes for greater efficiency and minimizes the risk of input errors, which can have fatal repercussions.
Smart Factory Specifically for the Metal Cutting Industry
Key facts:
•Predictive tool monitoring
• Integration of auxiliary processes such as cleaning and drying
• In-process quality control of workpieces
• Connection to individual machine tools or end-to-end integrated workshop solutions
Smart Factory Tailored for Tool and Die Making
Key facts:
• Workflow control for the entire manufacturing process (milling, turning, EDM)
• Workpiece and electrode offset data import directly from the presetting station
• In-process quality control of workpieces and electrodes
• Connection to individual machine tools or end-to-end integrated workshop solutions
Step 2:
Keep the manufacturing process under control from A to Z
The EROWA process control system takes control of the manufacturing process.
It controls your loading automation and machine tools, and also monitors their production.
In addition to main processes, it also supports auxiliary processes such as presetting, in-process quality control, workpiece cleaning, etc.
Integrated dashboard and supervision applications show key efficiency figures in real time as well as the current status of production cells.
Order and machine reports are created in but a few clicks.
Production data can also be transferred directly to your ERP or planning software.
