The optional C-axis is equipped with a robust, extremely smooth-running air bearing. The high-precision concentricity shows even the smallest deviations at the electrodes. The axes of the measuring device have a digital evaluation with a resolution of 0.001 mm.

The easy-to-read display and clear soft key functions in plain text help to make your daily work easy. Prepared, graphically supported macros facilitate determining offset data of electrodes and workpieces on EROWA pallets. With a mouse click, the offset data recorded can be automatically calculated with EROWA QuickLinkXT and transferred to the machine.

Expandable with optical measuring devices
Where tactile measurement becomes difficult, the optical extension kits, which can be plug-and-play mounted on the PreSet 2D, will help: Using the microscope and the camera system, you can precisely measure electrode profiles, recesses and boreholes with a magnification factor of 30.
