With or without a clamping system?
Not everyone has equipped their machine tools with a zero-point clamping system or wants to equip them with it. This can quickly restrict the selection of a workpiece holding system. Not so with CleverClamp: you decide yourself whether the basic rail is clamped directly onto the machine table or used in conjunction with a zero-point clamping system. In addition, every basic rail can be prepared for robot loading within one minute. That is not only clever, but also saves money.

Versatile like a Swiss Army knife
The clamping jaws are mounted on the base rail with just one single screw.
Depending on the workpiece and machining, 3 different clamping surfaces are available:

• Smooth surface: for pre-machined workpieces
• Grip surface: ideal for raw material
• Embossed contour: for clamping blanks to minimum clamping height
