EROWA PreSet 2D
Saves time and money with ease
The EROWA PreSet 2D is a multi-functional, customizable measuring and presetting device that belongs in any workshop.
The mature design does justice to everyday life in the workshop. Measurements in the X-, Y-, Z- and C-axes can be carried out quickly and safely. The data output of the measured values is integrated. The presetting station can be equipped with various tooling systems.
2D edge probe
Simply ingenious: the 2D edge probe (EROWA patent) enables you to make the necessary measurements on radii, edges, corners and oblique surfaces.
Air bearing
Always correct - the air bearing of the C-axis. The high-precision concentricity identifies even the most minute deviations on the electrodes.
The measuring microscope
The (optional) measuring microscope can be used to measure and generate diagrams of edges that are not accessible with a dial gage or 2D edge probe.

The Heidenhain display unit offers reliable recording and easy evaluations of measured values.
The practical user guidance in the EROWA mode shows step by step how offset values are determined.
Macro selection
Prepared programs facilitate the determination of offset data of electrodes and workpieces on EROWA pallets. Programs are available for all variants. By a mouse click, the recorded offset data can be transmitted to all the EROWA process control systems.
Space-saving
The PreSet 2D table-top version positions the measuring device exactly where it is needed, making optimum use of the working area.
