EROWA Lift and LiftGear
Loading machines the simple way
The EROWA Lift and LiftGear are practical and user-friendly loading devices and accessories for frequent pallet changes directly onto the machine tool or into the Robot magazine.
As the Lift is permanently installed next to the Robot or the machine, it is always ready when it is needed. The EROWA LiftGear can transport UPC or MTS pallets incl. workpiece through the factory via an overhead crane.
Stable design with a high load-bearing capacity
The powerful drive with a two-stage speed lifts/lowers palletized workpieces into the right position with precision and reliability.
Depending on the configuration, palletized workpieces up to 250kg in weight are handled safely and ergonomically.
Optimally positioned
Correctly positioned, the lean and robust design of the EROWA Lift provides optimal access to the loading station, the Robot magazine, the measuring stations or the machine table. The EROWA Lift serves a lifting range from height 200mm to 1,860mm.
Wide working range
The arm, which is made up of segments, has a flexible swivel range of 360°.
With the long arm (option), the working range extends up to 1,850mm.
User-friendly control
Two-handed control unit with integrated operation:
• Up/down movement at two speeds.
• Opening gripper with safety push button
• Status indicator lamp RCS 5 gripper "clamped".
Matching grippers
With the great selection of a wide variety of gripper types, almost every EROWA tooling system can be handled.
EROWA LiftGear
Heavy pallets must be precisely inserted into UPC or MTS chucks on the set-up stations or in the robot magazines. With EROWA LiftGear this is easy and safe. On request, the EROWA LiftGear can also be used to safely and precisely move workpieces with a part height of up to 1000 mm and a transfer weight of 800 kg.
