Controlled data flow
Continuous flow of information right through to the production machine
Data sources such as ERP/PPS/CAD/CAM are the basis of modern manufacturing. Thanks to a continuous flow of information right through to the production machine, paperless production becomes a reality.
Automatic imports allow existing data sources to be utilised without manual intervention in the system structures in order to create orders in JMS 4.0. Existing data is therefore utilised efficiently and fully automatically. Numerous interfaces from the production machines back to JMS 4.0 ensure that you plan with real-time data.
Import/export data easily
JMS 4.0 has various interfaces to order and production planning systems such as ERP / PPS / CAD / CAM and others. This allows data to be imported automatically and the current status of production to be reported back in real time.
Centralised order management
JMS 4.0 offers the option of managing all production orders centrally. This for one or more EROWA production cells. The application can be used from any workstation via a web browser. This allows you to manage production data across departments. For example, orders can be recorded to which the NC programmes can be assigned by another department at a later date.
QMeasure
JMS 4.0 QMeasure is a tool for the quick and easy creation of presetting and quality measurement programmes. A CAD plug-in helps the user to define the points to be measured directly on the 3D model.
Electrode Manager
JMS 4.0 EDM Data Import makes it possible to create an EDM job directly from a CAD model. All relevant data for the EDM process is read from the model and stored in the JMS 4.0 database. Data that is not available in the CAD model can be added via user-friendly dialogues.
