The measuring machine consists of a stable underframe with a stone plate made of black granite and a portal structure made of special cast aluminium for best shape and temperature stability.
Smooth manual operation of the axes
The smooth-running axes on air bearings can be moved manually very quickly and precisely and with fine adjustment.
Each axis can be locked individually with a lever.
Prepared for all EROWA tooling systems
The high-precision workplate of black granite constitutes the basis for all EROWA tooling systems.
The integrated mounting hole pattern is prepared for mounting the respective EROWA chuck.
Expandable basic equipment
The existing basic equipment on the measuring machine table can be supplemented and combined with other EROWA workpiece tooling systems as required.
In this way, the measuring machine table offers a flexible and precise base for various types of workpiece carriers.
Easy presetting, setup and measuring
An extremely user-friendly software is available on the measuring machine.
The graphical operator guidance helps the operator to perform the measuring cycles correctly. Animated macros show the user which positions are to be touched.
The right probe system for every need
Depending on requirements, various fixed or swivelling touch probe systems can be used on the measuring machine.
