The best materials
Only choice components were used for the construction of the measuring machine.
The solid granite slab constitutes the basis for the measuring portal and for the tooling systems chosen.
Arco CAD software
This successful software is again used both for motion sequences and for quality measurements.
Air bearings
The X-, Y- and Z-axes are moved with air bearings on high-precision guide rails - another prerequisite for top-accuracy measurements.
CMM Qi in practical use
Like any other CNC machine, the CMM Qi can be loaded automatically; the automation kit contains all the necessary hardware and software components.
We recommend the Renishaw RTP 20 probing system. With the swivel head of this unit, all sides of the workpieces are automatically accessible
Optimized axis travel with air bearings. The symmetrical layout of the bearings produces best results in mechanical precision
Depending on individual applications, the required EROWA tooling systems are fitted to the stable granite table.
