The strict monitoring of the system status is the main advantage of MTS+ over all other zeropoint systems. In spite of the total re-design, the MTS+ chucks are compatible to the rest of all EROWA MTS tooling.

Monitoring Chuck Open:
- Chuck completly open?
Monitoring Locking Action:
- Chucking spigot present?
- Pallet present?
- Chucking spigot and pallet locked?
- Chuck closed?
The information signals may be used for optical check by the operator, or as electrical signal for CNC controls.
This total monitoring is effected with two pneumatic feeds only!
