EROWA EMC is the Cell-Controller for machine and robot. It supplies the operator with all information at a glance.
It is vital for the operator of a production cell to have all information at hand at all times. Workload, magazineload, tools ready and priorities must be visible at a glance. And it is important that the operator is allowed to optimize according to the daily business. EMC (EROWA Manufacturing Control) is the tool to fulfill and even surpass these requirements.
Controlling and Monitoring
The cell controller for machines with automatic workpiece change supports the operator. EMC it the tool with the overall control.
From the setting up of parts right through to the status of tools in the machines changer - everything is displayed with EMC. Pushing a button shows the amount of production time left in the magazines. In case of errors, the operator may be notified by SMS or e-mail message.
EMC works on all the major CNC controls of milling, turning and grinding machines. Additional interfaces for measuring machines, shelf magazines and peripheral components like drying stations make EMC the most comprehensive tool on the market.

One mouse-click displays the production time left. The operator may happily go for his time off - the cell still has hours of autonomy left.
