Set-up, Presetting or Quality Control?
- Setup Stations are made for preparing pallets and workpieces. The blank parts are aligned on the pallets by means of mechanical gauges. This allows for easy positioning on the pallet.
- PreSetting Stations have electronic axis evaluation. The offset data are transferred to the machine via the data interface.
- Quality control after manufacturing includes measuring logs and the records of all measurements.
