Modular System
Plan to automate a machine today, add another couple of machines a year later: the Robot Dynamic is a geniune building kit. Its individual components can be put together in new combinations again and again. Further magazines fit the system on principle; if the Robot used to have a fixed place but now has to run on rails, this can be realized too. The length of the transfer rails can be extended in segments.
Loading round the corner
With its ingenious additional axis, the Robot Dynamic manages to load machines that have a front door only. Nevertheless, the operator is able to stand in front of the machine and work without being disturbed.
Tool store
If the required autonomy of the whole plant increases, the tools available often become scarce. The Robot Dynamic is capable of inserting tools directly into the machine spindle. This is an economically priced opportunity to extend the capacity of the tool changer of the machine many times over.
Robot Dynamic in action
A fully automatic manufacturing cell consists of a transfer unit, rotary magazine, a shuttle magazine and two modern CNC milling centers.
A sophisticated system to prepare the tools for the following jobs: the Robot compiles a set in the loading store. As soon as this is necessary, these tools can be retrieved for use.
The shuttle magazine with its great height makes use of most of the space volume available. The entire magazine inventory is displayed through a linkage with the EMC cell control system at any given time.
