The second step - Organization

This is about the elimination of presetting times on machines. The ITS Integrated Tooling System enables operators to preset all the jobs outside the machine. Appropriate presetting stations serve to align palletized workpieces in the system and, if necessary, to work out offset data. To ensure safety and quality assurance, intermediate checks can be carried out without any great trouble. The pallets with the workpieces can be removed from the machines, measured on a measuring station, and if necessary returned to the machine in reference position.
