EROWA PM Tooling - universality from milling to pressing

Punches and die plates are manufactured on pallets, with exact centricity. The EROWA PM Tooling is compatible with all EROWA's "P" chucks. The EROWA PM Tooling enables your machines to be fully automated.

Milling
Electrodes to EDM the forms are machined on ITS system holders. The reference position is provided by the chuck.

EDMing
Shapes in the surface of the punches are EDMed. The reference position is provided by the chuck.

 

Grinding
The machines used to produce punches include circular grinders. The reference position is provided by the chuck.

Wire-EDMing
The contours are produced on a WEDM center. The reference position is provided by the chuck.   

Powder pressing
